1. Our commitment and target

We aim to make the Charming Views company website usable by people with disabilities. Our design and review target is Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

A target is not a completed conformance determination. We have not completed a full assessment of the future public launch, and this statement does not certify legal compliance or every combination of language, browser, device, and assistive technology.

2. What this statement covers

This statement covers the company website and its public browsing and inquiry journeys. It does not certify a municipality’s deployment, customer content, a linked external website, or a separately supplied service. Any accessibility assessment or remediation service has its own agreed scope and evidence.

3. Our approach

Our website work includes semantic structure, readable text, keyboard access, visible focus, color contrast, responsive layout, and understandable form feedback. Automated checks can assist review, but they do not replace manual evaluation or demonstrate conformance on their own.

We aim to keep public legal information in accessible HTML. If another format creates a barrier, ask for an accessible alternative. We do not require an accessibility widget as a substitute for accessible content and source implementation.

4. Assessment status and limitations

The local review build has undergone selected accessibility checks. Manual screen-reader coverage, final production pages, complete language review, downloadable documents, and device/browser combinations still need a defined assessment. The final statement should list known user-impacting barriers and any available alternative once the launch assessment is complete.

5. Report a barrier or request help

Email an accessibility barrier or alternative-format request to support@buzzforus.com, or write to the address below. Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, what prevented you, and an accessible way to reply. You may include your browser or assistive technology if helpful; do not send sensitive personal or resident data.

We will review the report and discuss a practical way to help you access the information. This draft does not promise an unapproved response or repair deadline. If the barrier occurs on a customer or government website, identify that site so we can help route the concern to its responsible operator.
