Copyright and DMCA reporting notice
Charming Views is a business brand of BuzzForUs, LLC. References in this document to “Charming Views,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean BuzzForUs, LLC, doing business as Charming Views; Charming Views is not a separate legal entity.
1. Scope and ownership
This notice concerns material on the Charming Views company website. BuzzForUs, LLC owns the rights in materials it creates or validly acquires. Other content, software, fonts, images, trademarks, and official resources may belong to their respective owners and remain subject to their applicable licenses. A copyright line does not transfer a third party’s rights to us.
Charming Views is our business brand. Names or marks of customers, governments, vendors, and other organizations do not by themselves imply affiliation or endorsement.
2. Reuse and permissions
Respect the rights and license terms attached to each item. For republication or commercial reuse of company-owned materials, contact us unless the law or an applicable license already permits the use. We cannot grant rights in material owned by another party. Nothing in this notice limits lawful quotation, fair use, public-domain use, or permissions granted by an applicable open-source or other license.
3. Reporting a copyright or other rights concern
For content on the company website, send a Charming Views copyright concern to support@buzzforus.com, or write to the business address below. Give the page URL, identify the material and the work or right you believe is affected, explain your connection to the rights holder, and provide a way to contact you.
For an official municipal record or content on a customer-operated service, identify that service and its operator. A copyright inquiry does not itself establish an obligation to alter a public record. Privacy, accuracy, accessibility, and trademark concerns can also be sent to us and will be routed according to their nature.
4. Formal DMCA notices
A formal notice under U.S. copyright law is different from a general inquiry. Where the statutory process applies, a notice ordinarily identifies the copyrighted work and the specific material/location complained of; gives the sender’s contact details; includes the owner’s or authorized representative’s signature; and contains the required good-faith and accuracy/authority statements, including the applicable statement under penalty of perjury.
Use the U.S. Copyright Office’s Section 512 resources for current notice and counter-notice information. Knowingly material misrepresentations may have legal consequences.
5. Review, counter-notices, and customer services
We will assess a reported concern and may ask for information needed to understand it. If we remove supplied content and you believe that was an error, explain your position through the contact above. A statutory counter-notice, where applicable, has specific requirements and may be forwarded to the original claimant.
This draft does not promise a safe harbor, establish a statutory restoration deadline, or apply a public-account termination policy to a website without public posting accounts. If a covered service is offered, its approved process must address notices, user notification, counter-notices, court-action notices, restoration timing, and repeat infringers in accordance with applicable law.
